1. How many guests are you expecting for dinner?
Will there be any more people arriving after dinner?   If so, how many?

2. Will you require a head table?   If so, for how many people?

3. Do you require any tables to be reserved?   If so, how many?

4. Will you be decorating on your own?

Would it be in the morning , afternoon , or evening ?    What time?

NOTE: A guaranteed number of persons attending is required seventy-two (72) hours prior to your event and may not be decreased after that time. If more than guaranteed attend, you will be charged for the actual number attending. If fewer attend, you will be charged for the guaranteed number.

Please try to answer as many questions as you can and bring your notes with you when we get together closer to the day of your event. These final details should be dealt with a minimum of one month before the event.
