Hole Sponsor Policies

Due to changes in Food & Beverage regulations, the following will apply for all Hole Sponsors. If you have any questions or you would like to request an item that we do not have listed please call Edie at (403) 887-6695 or (403) 887-3030.

We will take all of your purchases out to your designated sponsor hole and will man the hole for you.

  1. All food "MUST" be purchased through the Sylvan Lake Golf & Country Club, unless other arrangements are made with the General Manager & Beverage Manager.

  2. All beverages "Alcohol or Non Alcohol" must be purchased through the Sylvan Lake Golf & Country Club. If purchasing full bottles of alcohol or full flats of beer or coolers the following prices will be charged:
    1 40 oz. Bottle @ $3.00 per shot = $120.00
    1 Flat of Beer @ $3.00 per beer = $72.00
    1 Flat of Coolers @ $4.00 per cooler = $96.00
  3. Any food, beverages, merchandise or hole prizes not sanctioned or authorized by the Sylvan Lake Golf & Country Club will NOT be permitted on the premises.
